O Resort é muito bom, com excelente localização e acomodação. O que deixou a desejar e ficou abaixo da expectativa foi o check in que foi muito demorado. A propriedade informa que o horário do check in é 15:00 hrs, mas consegui entrar na suite quase 1 hora depois do horário estipulado, pois a acomodação não estava pronta. o Check out também foi demorado.

ALL Inclusive deixa a desejar. água e bebidas só a partir das 10 da manhã e comida somente a partir das 11 da manhã. Achei isso horrível. Tomamos café da manhã por volta 7 e as 7:30 já estamos na praia e não conseguimos pedir uma água sequer, somente a partir das 10. Sinceramente, isso é ridículo. A Comida é bem preparada, não é ruim, mas poderia ter mais tempero e sal. O restante é excelente. Os quartos são bons. As piscinas são ótimas. A estrutura da praia é excelente. A parte para crianças é excelente. Tudo é muito bom. Se ajustarem essa questão dos horários para começar o All inclusive vai ficar perfeito, e também temperar mais a comida.
