Das Hotel selbst liegt fast direkt am Strand und ist schön angelegt und gepflegt. Unser Zimmer war sauber und groß. Es lag allerdings im Erdgeschoss mit einem nicht so schönen Ausblick. Ich weiß nicht, ob es an der Kategorie lag, aber Zimmer ab dem dritten Stock haben sicher eine schönere Aussicht. Wir waren auf der Durchreise nur eine Nacht im Hotel und haben weder den Pool noch andere Einrichtungen des Hotels nutzen können. Die Ausnahme war das Restaurant am Abend. Ich habe einige Lebensmittelallergien. Mein Essen wurde entsprechend angepasst und ich hatte keine Probleme. Das Essen war gut und reichhaltig. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Wenn man allerdings keine Milchprodukte und kein Ei verträgt, dann wird die Auswahl dünn...

O hotel é EXTREMAMENTE barulhento. Os eventos acontecem ao lado dos quartos próximos à recepção e os mais distantes sofrem com o som altíssimo dos quiosques da praia, que começa por volta das 17h e segue até a madrugada. Não há janelas antirruído, tornando impossível descansar mesmo durante a semana. A infraestrutura é precária: quartos com cheiro de mofo, toalhas tão gastas que parecem pano de chão, trancas quebradas e banheiros sujos, especialmente dentro do box e ao redor do vaso sanitário. Como há muitas trocas de quarto por reclamações, a equipe de limpeza não consegue manter a higiene em dia, o que é evidente. No check-in, já sabendo do histórico de barulho da praia, pedi um quarto do lado do jardim. O gerente Fábio informou sobre um evento que terminaria às 19h, mas às 19h20 a banda ainda tocava. Após ligações insistentes, ele admitiu que havia outro evento no hotel, com término previsto para 21h. Sugeriu a troca para o quarto 402, mas o ar-condicionado não funcionava. Quase às 22h, o técnico Raimundo (“Índio”) nos atendeu prontamente, confirmou que não havia reparo imediato e providenciou outro quarto - nossa segunda mudança na mesma noite. Destaque para o Raimundo, que foi o único funcionário realmente solícito. Fora isso, a postura da recepção foi de negação do problema e falta de transparência. O hotel não está à altura da marca Blue Tree. Não recomendo e não voltaria, não há possibilidade de ter sossego.

Barulho insuportável e péssima manutenção

O hotel está localizado perto dos quiosques da praia, que iniciam o som altíssimo por volta das 17h e seguem até a madrugada. Os quartos não possuem janela anti-ruído, ou seja, o som invade completamente o ambiente. Os quartos voltados para o jardim e próximos à recepção são apenas um pouco melhores, mas o barulho ainda é perceptível. Em nenhum momento fomos informados desse problema antes da hospedagem. Quando reclamamos, a equipe disse que não poderia fazer nada, já que o som vinha de fora do hotel – o que é óbvio. Só depois de muita insistência (e se você não insistir, eles simplesmente ignoram seu pedido) nos realocaram para outro quarto, virado para o jardim, onde o barulho era um pouco menor. Além disso, os problemas de manutenção e higiene são sérios: Quartos com cheiro de mofo, Trancas das portas quebradas, Banheiros sujos e sem manutenção – o box estava em estado deplorável. Como os hóspedes são frequentemente realocados por conta de reclamações, é visível que a equipe de limpeza não dá conta de manter os quartos em ordem. Isso se reflete na higiene precária e também no controle de consumo: itens utilizados por hóspedes anteriores acabam sendo cobrados na sua conta. Definitivamente, não recomendo. A experiência foi extremamente frustrante, especialmente pelo descaso da equipe e pela falta de transparência sobre o problema do barulho.
