The hotel was clean. The breakfast was on the 2nd floor with a very narrow walkway getting to the room. This was very difficult to do in my mobility chair. The pool wasn't able to be in use, I'm guessing because even though it was mid June, it was still the last day of fall. The maintenance man left the water hose blocking the stair, which a you girl tripped over. My major complaint was when we got the room, we noticed the phone didn't work and there were 4 lights that the bulbs were blown. I requested assistance each day, cand was told it would be fixed. They were still not fixed 3 days later when we left. A hotel room with 4 bulbs out makes for a dark room. Other than that the hotel was acceptable for the price. Oh, almost forgot. The breakfast offers waffles, but the whole time we were there, they were out of waffle batter
