The hotel was conveniently located close to Interstate 44. We stopped in without a reservation after driving for awhile and needed a pet friendly hotel. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We did save a little bit by booking on hotels.com compared to the walk-in rate but there was no problem booking it in the parking lot and walking in with the reservation.
The room was basic but clean and they seem to be trying to do some renovations. Breakfast was typical continental, waffle maker, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, bread for toast and juice.
Overall for a quick pet friendly stop near the interstate this was not a bad option for the price compared to the other hotels in the area.

The guy at the front desk was helpful. The first door would not open, he had to switch me rooms. The next room, there was one towel in the room. Also the heater was not on and it was 15°.

Odd sign on lawn forbidding pets...strange as it was just outside our door with a pet friendly room.
Outdide access door may be a no go for some, but for one night stay, we were ok.
Older property with sufficient updates.
