Really nice hotel with some nice facilities. I thought the prices were too high though for food and drink. It was more disproportionate than usual. Also as an example if I wanted to get taxi to airport with hotel it cost 3500 rupees and an uber was 250 rupees. The strategy seemed to be to over charge which I found went to far versus many other comparable hotels I’ve stayed in India

It was absolutely an amazing stay. Airport pick up service was amazing. Team members were nice and helpful from reception to housekeeping to dining area! saurav helped me in the late evening, my daughter needed warm milk, he smiled and took our bottle and filled with milk 2 times in a row and didn’t even charged us, he works at the restaurant reception. The staff is dedicated to excellent service. The only issue i had was with the way my eggs were cooked, i had to send them back at least once every morning for 6 days straight. Other than that it is top notch service. There are some superstars here that will ensure your stay is pleasant and resolve any issue that arises. A special thank you to Sumit, Arpit, Surender, Shiv, Amit and Devashish all of which went above and beyond to ensure I was more than comfortable. Sumit especially deserves an award, he is the glue that holds it all together. That man is a valuable asset to the hotel!

Room spacious and clean, bed and sheets comfortable. Appreciated light switches were labeled, very user friendly. Good available extras, i.e. shaving kit. Nice separate tub/shower, but water could be hotter. Very clean and up-to-date toilet with hygiene electronic options. Pool area nice, but cold water. Restaurant options a bit limited. Primarily buffet set up, 2,500 INR a bit high for lunch. Had very large selection, didn't eat, but looked good. Breakfast a bit cheaper 1,300. Can order al-la-carte. Had pancakes, but didn't receive what ordered. Other resturant for dinner only. Bar on site, was pretty good and had some small bite options. Also, had small Cafe with coffee, dessert and sandwiches.
