My wife was getting my wheelchair out of my car When she opened up the back of my and hit a pothole and rolled her ankle. No one was in the lobby after she checked us in. Then, we get into our room with black mold all over the ceiling, a curtain that won't close because of the asphalt missing out of the parking lot. I try to get into the lobby, and I almost fell out of my wheelchair due to the main threshold of the main lobby door. In our room, (131)there were blood stains all over floor,the bathroom had dried up blood in the corner's by the door. We had a guy stare at us through our window at 2am, and I used my light at him. He left quick. Breakfast wasn't even done when they said it would be and no one to check out. Don't worry, I will NEVER SUGGEST TO USE THAT HOTEL. I BELIEVE THAT someone should put that money back on my (hotel's.com account) don't send me anything back. 😤

The only nice thing was the woman that checked us in. We go to Busch Gardens a lot and this trip was kind of last minute so options were limited. I thought i would give this place a try. Everything in the hotel was very dilapidated. It smelled very dank. The ac was loud and made weird noises. I killed a roach in the middle of the night when i turned the light on to use the bathroom. One of my daughters got a weird rash on her face, arms, and legs. I think it was from the bedding. The breakfast was a joke. There was warm milk and cereal in a container that was filthy! The juice machine only had water that smelled and the coffee was terrible! I paid in advance so i toughed it out instead of leaving for the second night. My kids are pretty easygoing so they didn't complain so that helped. When we left one of them asked if we were going to stay there again. All 4 of them stared at me waiting for my answer. I swiftly told them no. And also told them we were not staying it that area either. Its really ghetto there!

The positive reviews and 7.8 rating for the hotel were really misleading! The room was very dirty, especially the bathroom. There was hair and dirt on the floor and a suspicious stain on the wall. The tub had mold and soap scum. There was only a half roll of toilet paper and no tissues. We had to go down to the front desk to ask for some toilet paper and the attendant said that they didn't have any and went to the Red Roof Inn across the parking lot to borrow some to give to us. The sleeping area had a strange smell and there were hairs (human and animal?) on the bedding as well as a suspicious brown stain and smell on one of the pillows. We truly weren't comfortable staying here and we are disappointed that the ratings and reviews were so different than the reality.

Front of toilet was dirty and there was a small cockroach behind the T.V. Breakfast selection was non existent. Bare minimum choice of waffles, mini muffin, or cereal. Low value and quality for too much money.

I really enjoyed staying here. This was the first time staying in a hotel alone, and I felt very safe. Staff was always around and very helpful. I'm not much of a breakfast person, but they didn't have much options. It was lacking hot food. Other than that, it really was a great stay. Beds were very comfortable.

Air conditioning unit was so loud we did not get much sleep. Carpet had stains and looked very dirty. There is no AC in the lobby or hallways. Staff was friendly.

One night

Third time I stayed here. Staff very nice and accommodating. Hotel is dated, and the room was clean, but hallways and other areas seemed to be lacking attention to cleanliness. Also previous two times the hotel seemed very busy. This saturday night it seemed a ghost town. Maybe because school is in session and summer is over. Still meets my needs, but there surely room for improvement in overall up keep.
