We’ve stayed here 4 times now en route to FL for spring break. The staff is always very friendly and value is good. However this time the room was not cleaned well. Upon arrival there was tooth paste in bathroom sink, clumps of dirt on the floor, a piece of candy or gum on the floor and the worst of it was when my teenager noticed a “Zyn” nicotine pouch stuck to the wall above the TV😩. The room is always spacious but this time it was not cleaned well.

Location was good and safe. Checked in late evening and the night clerk was less than friendly. The room did not have bedding for the pullout and we had to go back to the front desk and request it. The room was good size even with our large family (6 occupants), the queen beds were clean and comfortable. The pullout was not clean or comfortable. The morning staff was very friendly. Breakfast was better than expected. Our room only had three towels and when we returned to the front desk to request additional towels we were told they didn't have any but would bring some to the room when they were available. The towels were delivered 30-45 mins later. Overall it was a good safe stop on our way to Florida. We would stay again.

This the worst H Inn Ex I have ever stayed at. Arrived at 4:00 and told room not ready, said I was going elseware, suddenly a room was available. Got to the room, NO GLASSES, called desk was told they must have run out??? Ice bucket had No top. HOT breakfast had NO EGGS, not scarmbled not hard boiled NONE. No one gave a crap.
