Would have left one star if it wasn’t for the kind staff members. Hotel shower did not get hot, coffee maker in room did not work, dust in room around table lamps, elevators sounded and felt like they were going to fall apart (although it did make for an exciting ride each time wondering if we would make it up/down), parking lot and road to hotel were COVERED in snow/ice - you would think they would have attempted to clear it considering it’s been over a week since any winter precipitation.
