Most of the hotel staff was accommodating, I enjoyed the amenities such as the hot tub and pool. The gym is nice and the free laundry room is definitely a plus when you are traveling and need a longer stay. Any issues that we had as far as housekeeping they addressed it quickly.

Very Clean & sanitary. My room was nice & comfortable. I disliked the shower! It was for a handicapped and we had to hold the shower head there is no clip to hang it. Also the Curtains did not meet, there was definitely a pair missing...The hot tub didnt work. They claim they have a part on order.

They give us a handicap room and shower spray was broke and had very little sink due to it being for a handicap. Curtains would not close and parking lot had a direct view into the room. Went to request a different room and they said since we booked on Hotels.com this was the only thing available. We booked this 2 months ahead of time.

we were called the day of because you over booked to have our room changed which was fine as long as we had a room. When we got there two other guests complained of no hot water. The next day our brother in-law who was also coming to stay got to their room and were in there for over and hour or two were told that you guys over booked and they had to find another hotel. While they were down at the desk another couple walked into their room to find someone else already had that room. To top it off we had the fire alarm go off at 5am and I do feel that it was super unorganized. I've stayed here many many times ok ver the last 10 years and I think the hotel has just gone down a lot. Its not a terrible place but I think I'll have to find another place to stay. The cleaners don't smile, they just give off a very rude vibe.

It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, big chains and smaller stores. Easy freeway access to 71. The room was good and well-appointed. I like the larger bottles of soap, conditioner, etc., instead of those tiny one-use items. It seems so much more eco-friendly. All the staff I spoke with were amazingly friendly and helpful. There was a noisy room near mine. At midnight to 1 or 2am, walls and stomping and my pans rattling. I dont know where it came from. After they left, it was very quiet. There was also a shop in the lobby for some food items. I would choose thise hotel and location again.
