I would love to give this hotel a higher rating because the staff was truly amazing and very friendly. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our room was extremely disappointing and overshadowed the otherwise positive experience.
We rented the family suite, and immediately upon entering, I noticed that the couch was covered in numerous stains. This was particularly concerning because the couch also serves as a sleeper sofa. There were also spatters of a sticky substance throughout the laminate flooring.
In the kids’ room, the white comforter had a large yellow stain on it. The remotes were sticky, and the side tables were covered in what appeared to be a sticky residue. Even the extra blankets provided had visible stains.
Overall, the room appeared to have been poorly cleaned and not thoroughly inspected before our arrival. I hope management addresses these housekeeping issues because the staff was wonderful, and the hotel otherwise had a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the condition of the room made it difficult to feel comfortable during our stay.
