This is not a 4-star hotel! Small rooms, no easy chair. Breakfast room was small, simple and clinical, no atmosphere at all. Food selection limited. Make sure to ask for a quiet room as there is a railway line just 30 m from the hotel. You should bring your own car as public transport is far away. And you will have to walk for 30 - 40 minutes to find a decent restaurant.

Conveniently located. Friendly personal. Very clean. We stayed in a double bedroom and the only thing (and arguably understandable in a city like Milan where space is expensive) was that the room was a little small, making it a harder for a family of four to be completely comfortable.

2 nights to visit the city. Very helpful lady on reception when we arrived. Bus stop close by Numbers 43 & 81 in to the city or Metro 20 mins walk. Lovely choice of breakfast in hotel. Fridge, kettle in room. Very nice bedding and large bed.

It’s decent but the check in staff is terrible. I stayed two separate days and did two check ins on the same hotel. Every time they introduced a new thing my trip became more difficult and wasted a bunch of time and Ive never seen these documents and details at any hotel I’ve stayed at during my 10 days trip.
