The room and employees were wonderful! I was just there in Feb and they had a complimentary breakfast and now it’s a restaurant that charges for breakfast! $16 for breakfast, especially during the week, is ridiculous! We were not told before we went in! There was a sign on the door in 14 pt font. I couldn’t read it going in the door up front and there was NOT one on the door going into the restaurant! I paid for this Holiday Inn expecting the same complimentary breakfast. Very disappointed!

What a really comfortable stay after a long day on the road. Denise at the front desk was so sweet, she had me up to my room in no time. They had wings for the guests in the breakfast room at 5:30pm that night...so nice since I didn't want to go out. I will stay here again.

I understand when a property is undergoing renovations but when there are substantial inconveniences (only 1 entrance, ice at front desk because no machines operating, outdated suite accommodations, limited breakfast offerings ect.) I don’t feel the pricing reflects the level of accommodations and will definitely shop my options better in the future.
