Oasis in the desert

This was my second time staying here and once again it did not disappoint. My room was clean, cool, and comfortable. The warm pool and hot tubs were relaxing after a long day of driving. Having grocery outlet across the street is an added bonus!

My room was very spacious and the personal spa was amazing. I could just sit in privacy and relax. The outdoor pool and spas were very nice as well. We were so impressed by this gem. The area is not the most appealing (transients and generally not as lively as downtown Palm Springs) but we did felt perfectly at ease at this hotel. We got the room with the private hot tub and it is a game changer! It’s an amazing unique amenity that this hotel offers. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The main lady at reception was above and beyond great (I forgot her name, but she is also a hairdresser). I hope the place recognizes how valuable she is. 100% I would stay here again and recommend it to others.
