I had 2 rooms for my stay and both rooms were clean and looked great. The front desk staff and the lady cleaning the kitchen area were sweet, patient, and courteous. My family loved the breakfast options both days. My children used the pool but they didn’t stay in long. Overall, we loved it!

The first room we ended up in had a ladybug infestation. All over the walls in the bathroom and bedroom area. The ventilation in the bathrooms for both rooms was very suspect. Carpet had a musty smell in the original room, second room they switched us to hadn’t been thoroughly vacuumed. Bathroom in both rooms had stains in the toilet, shower and sink. Ceiling tiles were all stained. Very disappointed with our stay after viewing “excellent” ratings online. Will not be back.

Staff were friendly, room was large and clean. Nice bed, great water pressure and hot shower. The pool and hot tub area was clean and modern, enjoyed the hot tub a lot! Cookies were available when we arrived. Breakfast was great with multiple choices and the coffee and creamer were good. Staff handled our service dog really well and we would definitely stay here again. We also ordered delivery from local restaurant with easy delivery. Thanks for a great stay!!
