Room was clean, good bed. Almost NO amenities including soap and bathroom floor towel. Tho the room has a microwave, there were only cheap plastic throwaway cups so I couldn't use microwave.

If you want to kill 15 flies in your room before you go to bed, only to wake up to another 15 flies a few hours later, this is your place. Staff was super nice and friendly, but the room was gross. I had to fix the toilet when I entered the room because it wouldn't flush. The area rug at the entrance of the room was damp as if the room had flooded recently and the floor was also wet as if it had been mopped but had never dried. Spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere else.

Had so many bugs in my room I ended up getting a room at a hotel down the street. The lady at the front desk said she couldn’t do anything & to come back the next morning when the manager was in. I went back he was very rude & nasty & did nothing about the situation. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!

The main door was locked when my husband arrived in the afternoon to check in. It was not clear why. And it took some difficulty - and sharing his id! - to get the reception person to 1-- acknowledge that we did have a reservation and 2 - clarify that he - the clerk - "canceled the reservation" that he first suggested didn't exist. I'm so glad we didn't prepay this one! It's still unclear why my son and husband were greeted with such hostility. Good thing the sports tournament was finished early enough that they could drive home.

The employees were nice and helpful. Whenever we needed to swap the towels or get more ice bucket liners or more coffee cups, well, no problem. The electronic locks always worked correctly. Can’t say the same about most hotels. But getting on and off US 1 is a disaster waiting to happen. The room doesn’t have enough light. There should be a desk lamp and a light by the microwave. The bathroom is too small and the second sink should be near the microwave not on the vanity. There was no TV guide or listing. It took too long to try to determine what channel was what. I never did find ABC
