The fire alarm went off at 4am due to faulty wiring from one vacant room also u can’t charge your phone without a block it doesn’t have ANY USB plugs not even on the lamps so outdated. I had to use one of the front desk workers block just so I can have my phone charged for 8 hours of travel the next day. The room was clean and the customer service was exceptional

Disappointed the reviews led me wrong! First room - toilet tank wouldn’t fill, had to open it up and fix it myself. Then the pull out bed only had 2 springs holding the mattress up. Danger for my kids. Asked for another room. Second room had toilet issues. I opened the tank and shortened the chain myself. Pull out bed had 3 springs holding the mattress up (only slightly more stable) and we made due. My daughter felt every spring all night long. Bathroom floors sticky in both rooms, carpet had worn holes in it and didn’t seem clean. Beds uncomfortable and mattresses stained (I always look for bed bugs and saw this). Reviews I read said breakfast was good, so I still had hope for this stay. This was also FALSE! Waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, fruit that’s looks too ripe, biscuits and gravy, watery powder eggs, apple juice, water, coffee. Overall WAY overpriced for what we got. I will NEVER again stay here when passing through.

I booke a king suite with a jucizzi tub. I was placed in a double full bed. I called and told them that my receipt showed the Kimg suite. They moved to the room and there were pubic hairs all over the tub. Disgusting. I took pics.
