The lady at the front desk was nice and friendly. However we booked a balcony king size room, she asked if we’d like to upgrade to a suite for an extra $20, we said yes. We’ve stayed there in the suite before but this time it was even worse than before. There was no couch in the “living room” area, only two chairs for us to sit on, missing several baseboards, drywall just falling off the wall, the shower could have been better, the TVs were super small(I could barely see tv with my glasses on) and the balcony was dirty. I could go on and on about the room. Will never stay here again, the hotel needs an overhaul.

We had to move 3 separate times because there were things unsafe or broken. In every room housekeeping never came in to clean. I was there for 4 days. The latch on my door was broken. Anyone could get in, in 2 of the rooms, it was half furnished. Furniture was broken, lamp shade was smashed. Unfriendly front desk staff. The first 2 nights, there were maybe 6 guests and we could never get a straight answer from anyone, as to why our door was left open. They claim they knocked and noone answered the door so they didnt go in or shut the door. Staff said she heard voices and because we didn't answer. She didn't go in. We left that morning, we were gone all day. What??? We had to ask for clean towels, towels were left by front door when we arrived. Everything was fishy. We asked for her to check the tapes to see if anybody went in, they never got back to us.There was only one trash can to use. Refrigerators in all 3 rooms were iced over down the back of the fridges. I could on and on. I want a refund!
