Arrived very late due to snow in UK. Check in staff very helpful and in room quickly. Very comfortable room and well equipped. The resort is a little bit tired but was perfect for my requirements. Golf seemed to be very busy. Breakfast was a great selection but a bit pricy at ninteen euros.Very satisfied and happy with my three night stay.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. We have a seven year old boy and he enjoyed both the outdoor pool and the indoor pool. The bedroom was spacious and had tea/coffee making facilities and bath robes. The breakfast offered lots of variety.

The hotel is very clean & staff very nice. Stayed for four night's H/B. You need transport but is a very clean hotel, Evening meal was a set menu which was fine & the food was good. It is surrounded by villas and a golf course. I have a problem walking but found the hotel just fine ramps & lifts and the area around is pretty flat.

Excellent hotel Disappointed that we were charged extra for a pool view, when we realised during our stay that majority of rooms are facing the pool.

The hotel has great installations but it needs a better maintenance and care. Rooms are pretty confortables but are not well maintained. We reported that the blackout of our curtain was tear down and let the sun in in the morning but they never came to repair it. Also we reported that the shower drain was clogged but that also was not fixed.

Very tired property, not 5 star, probably was once but now more like 3 star. Shower ran hot and cold. Room temperature not adjustable. Decor very dated. Gym not air condition and therefore unusable. Housekeeping were excellent and some of the reception staff were very good, especially the guy who checked us in. Overall, the team here try hard but the place needs investment and I won’t be back until it gets it.

One night stay with the family

We wanted only an one night stay at Spa-hotel - 5 stars? We ordered two double rooms! The big hotel was almost empty, but we did not get any nice views from the rooms?!? 🤷‍♀️ Only one restaurant was open - Italian one - but actually it was good! ⭐️ Service in the hotel was polite and friendly! Only inside swimming pool was in use! It was okey! The hotel was very clean and the rooms very spacious, but a little bit ”last season”! Very good beds!👍 The breakfast was … hmmm… surprise🙊 … there was only coffee/tea/juice and bread and a lady who made omelets etc… no cheese/ham, veges etc. Okey we had everything when we asked - but … it was a little bit funny in ”5 stars” hotel! But anyway we could go there again!🌟
