Loved the Moose so i bought one

The hotel seemed to be very new and of a high standard, well finished and modern. Good location for Nimman road shops, bars, restaurant's etc but it was just off the main road which was great.

Every thing from the moment you walk in to this hotel is top notch. Tried for the first time last January and has been back 4 time. Reception- Friendly/Helpful Room- Clean/New Food- Buffet Breakfast is good House keeping- Friendly/Helpful/Clean In my opinion, for the price you are paying, you are getting a very good deal at Moose. Keep it up Moose Nimman. Will definitely be back in the future. Thank you for the service provided.

Many pros, minor cons for improvements.

Family room of twin beds and a bunk bed is clean and comfortable. Sheets are clean, beds are comfy. Not much international tv channels, Netflix is chargeable. Tv settings are in Thai. This room on level 2 doesn’t come with a nice view though. The aircon made some noises after a while but we managed to work around it by turning it off and then on again after 3mins. Bath room has strong showers, no bath tub. But water from shower area will seep through the glass wall partition onto the toilet area. Location is fantastic. Breakfast is almost the same for the 4 days stay. Appreciate the freshly cooked eggs section. 24/7 lounge is great to access free bottled water, drinks and coffee. There are snacks, bread and fruits too, but measurements needed to ensure no flies find their way inside the food cover. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very nice place to stay. Big, clean room. Bed was very firm, which was not to my liking. Good breakfast buffet and free snacks at lobby was a nice extra. Great location near shopping malls and many restaurants. They also have a nice rooftop bar. Only disappointment was an error in Hotels.com listing about EV charging station. This location did not have charging available.

Clean Cozy

Quick fast, check in. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel room is clean, comfortable and cozy. Air purifier in the room was an added touch of customer service that’s very much appreciated. The gym was small but adequate for a workout. The restaurant servws a delicious breakfast buffet. The 24 hour snacks and drinks in the lobby were perfect to tame that grumbling stomach.

배정받은 방에 나방파리? 날파리?가 수십마리가 있어서 잡다 잡다 안되서 말했더니 방은 바꿔줬습니다. 바꾼 방에선 화장실에서 물방울이 떨어졌는데 그것도 와서 고쳐주긴했지요.. 모두들 친절하고 조식도 괜찮았는데 방 청결이나 컨디션은 그닥입니다. 샤워기에 필터를 달았는데 다른 지방 3개월 쓴 정도색깔로 하루만에 바껴서 매일 필터를 갈았는데 마지막날에는 필터가 안변한게.. 아마 물탱크에 물이 더러운 상태였던거 같습니다. 원님만, 마야몰, white market 등 번화가와 가까워 젊은 부부나 연인이 오면 좋을거 같고 가족에게는 아주 좋은 조건은 아니었습니다. 호텔 전체적으로 나쁘다는 아니지만 기대에는 못미치는 숙박이었습니다.

A family friendly new hotel in trendy Nimman area. We had a triple room with three beds and still have lots of space for luggages and working top. Opposite One Nimman and near the night market and Maya Mall.

Close to Maya shopping center, local food, and weekend food market. Rooms were clean. Breakfast not as expansive as some hotels but still had a good variety. Coffee and snack station in lobby also nice. We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel and this worked well. Easy to find local transportation right outside of the shopping center.

전반적으로 님만해민 중심가인 마야몰, 원님만 바로 반대편이라, 위치는 매우 좋습니다. 그리고 전반적으로 깔끔한 분위기에 직원이 친절한 것은 좋습니다. 하지만 여러가지 문제도 있었어요. 첫날 배정받은 방에서 수십마리의 작은 개미들이 계속 나왔고 청소가 제대로 되어있지 않았습니다. 바닥에 머리카락과 이전 사람이 놓고간 물건도 있었습니다. 데스크에 이야기했더니 내일 청소를 잘 해주겠다고 하였습니다. 다시 올라갔으나, 쇼파, 데스크에서 개미가 계속 나와서, 짐에 옮겨붙을까봐 방을 바꿔달라고 요구하자, 하루만 바꿔줄테니 다른 방에서 잠만 자라고 했습니다. 바꾼 방은 다행히 벌레는 나오지 않았으나, 침대에 눕자, 이방에 매트리스 위 토퍼가 안깔려있어서 몸에 침대 스프링이 느껴질정도로 매우 불편하고 뻐근해서 잠을 잘수가 없었습니다. 아마 실수로 침대 세팅을 잘못해놓은 것 같았습니다. 더 이야기하기 귀찮아서 이것은 데스크에 말하지 않았습니다. 다음날, 원래 벌레나온 방대신 다른 방으로 가기로 해서 세번째 방으로 옮겼는데 다행히 벌레없고 이방은 토퍼가 깔려서 침대도 편안했으나, 샤워기 고정하는 곳 고장으로 제대로 샤워기를 끼울수가 없었고, 하수구에서 냄새가 올라왔습니다. 그리고 어제는 갑자기 내린 스콜때문에 비를 맞아서 수건이 필요해서 데스크에 요청했으나, 1시간이 지나도록 수건을 가져다 주지 않아 다시 데스크에 가서 이야기해야 했으나, 그들은 전달했다고만 이야기했습니다.결국 수건을 받을 수 없어 같은 층에 지나다니는 스태프에게 요청해서 직접 받았습니다. 세계 여러나라 여행하며 이곳, 저곳 숙박시설 이용해보았으나, 이렇게 방을 옮긴 것도 처음인데, 세방 모두 다 문제가 있어 별로 기분이 좋지 않았습니다. 그리고 방을 옮겨달라고 요청하기 전까지는 청소를 잘하겠다는 답이 다였습니다. 심지어 세번째 방을 옮길 때에는 짐을 대신 옮겨놓겠다 약속했는데 그 다음날 이야기하자 전달받지 못했던 것 같더라고요. 이전 방콕, 파타야 숙소는 다 좋았는데 제가 운이 좋지 않았나봅니다. 치앙마이에 다시 갈지는 모르겠으나, 다시 이곳을 이용하고 싶지는 않습니다.
