Top class family hotel

In summary an excellent hotel, rooms are great, hotel facilities are great, food is also great plus the staff is super helpful. One of the most kid friendly hotel we have been with heated pools, kids club and even a small kid parks close by plus many other attractions and walking paths to explore with your family nearby. The food is excellent i really liked the concept of this high end buffet where fish and meat are cooked at the minute in front of you, and there is plenty of choices of various foods including pasta pizza salads with water already included as well. Defensively highly recommended, cannot wait to return back.

Das Hotel ist fancy und die Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Das Essen und der Service entsprechen aber nicht einem 5* Hotel, v.a. da eher teuer. Jeden Tag entweder schmutziges Besteck oder Tischset, fehlende Gläser oder Kellner vergessen die Bestellung...falls man überhaupt gefragt wird, ob man was will. Den asiatisch aussehenden Herrn muss ich hiervon ausnehmen, er hat sehr gut bedient, war aber nicht immer da. Essen sehr einfallslos und es hat sich in einer Woche mehrfach wiedetholt (Stichwort Kroketten und Pouletschenkel...) Qualität könnte besser sein im Vergleich zu ähnlichen Hotels. Minidisco super, sonst scheint das Betreuungspersonal eher unerfahren mit Kids (ausser die Minnie Mouse Dame). Fazit: Lieber Familotel oder Familux. Ein Leading Hotel of the World haben wir im Falkensteiner nicht vorgefunden.

Schönes Familienhotel- die Kinder fühlen sich wohl

Tolles Hotel, klasse Lage, ordentliches Essen, schöner Poolbereich mit super Wasserrutsche. Besonders toll für die Kinder ist der Indoor Spielbereich in der Lobby. Es gibt nur wenige Mankos, z. B. dass die Kellner kein Deutsch/Österreichisch sprechen und dass die Betten sehr hart sind. Leider waren wir in der Nebensaison, die benachbarte Seilbahn und die Sommerrodelbahn waren geschlossen.

Ein rundum toller Skiurlaub!!! Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Service absolut spitze in allen Bereichen, kostenloser Shuttle direkt an Golmerbahn. Das Hotel bietet alles und erfüllt nahezu jeden Wunsch. Wellness- und Poolbereich super. Essen zu allen Mahlzeiten sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Getränkekarte an der Bar ist sehr umfangreich und vom Preisniveau gehoben. Das Angebot für ältere Kinder ab 12 Jahren könnte noch verbessert werden, ab dieser Altersklasse findet man eher wenig…durch die vielen kleinen Kinder muss man auch mit erhöhter Lautstärke rechnen. Alles in allem ein tolles Familienhotel und ich denke, wir werden auch noch einmal kommen.

Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht ganz. Wir konnten unser Zimmer erst um 16.30 Uhr beziehen. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden im gesamten Hotel lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Es gibt aber auch ein paar Ausnahmen (zum Glück). Schwimmbad mit Rutschen u Aussenbereich ist top. Kinderbereich super! Essen ist gut. Buffet!
