Amazing breakfast.

hotel was good, it was hard to get in as we landed at ten so didn't arrive until 11 and had to wait outside pressing the buzzer until someone turned up but the breakfast was amazing. Make sure you get in early for a good table.

The hotel was good. It would have been nice if there were pillow cases on the extra pillows in the wardrobe. The staff were nice. The rooms were ok. The air-conditioning started leaking so they moved us to another room which was much nicer. All up a positive experience.

Very spacious room, rather unexpected for the competitive pricing. Along a busy street with lots of traffic but I found it ok due the double glazing sound proofing. The bed is very comfortable. Will return if revisiting Prague. What I considered odd is they charge bottle water and desk coffee which should be complimentary.

No false advertising here! What you see online is what you get! All the staff were super helpful and nice. The breakfast spread was excellent. You will hear noise - it's just part of the location; however the hotel provides earplugs! The location is excellent for sightseeing and shopping (if you're into that). The towels could use an update or se fabric softener at least and maybe better pillows but otherwise, I enjoyed my stay!

Nice clean room, but disappointing for the price. It took forever to find a parking space. The hotel lists "parking available" as one of their facilities, but no address of where to stay. The only places we could get to due to roadworks were full. We parked far away and dragged our luggage. It was not stated that their spa department was under renovation (in high season). Would not have paid so much for a room in the middle of street noises if I had known we couldn't park or relax with a hot tub and massage.

misleading publicity

Terrible, because I chose this hotel and when I arrived it was closed and they directed me to the downtown, with very small windows that it is not even possible to see the street. I was not informed either by the Hotels, or by the Hotem itself. And the itself did not have the slightest attention in relation to the situation since I chose mainly by the windows.

Outdated & poor reception service

This hotel might have been a 4-star hotel at some point in the past but it definitely hasn’t kept up with the times. It desperately needs a refurbishment. -The receptionist who checked us in was extremely rude, arrogant, not helpful at all. Plus they wouldn’t let us check in till 3pm although it states that check in is at 2pm. -The breakfast wasn’t very rich and some breakfast options were poorly served the following day as they were the same stale bread, pastries that could literally make you chip a tooth. -The cleaning by the housekeepers was quite thorough so we were very pleased with that. The main issue is with the one male receptionist who checked us in and looked at us as if we’re stupid whenever we had a question such as “where is the breakfast served”. Or when they refused to help us with an issue but I’m very glad for hotels.com team as they were happy to help and solved the issue in a matter of seconds. If you’re booking for one night, then I recommend this stay. But if you’re staying for longer, I recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere as you’ll be disappointed.
