I made a reservation through Hotels.com. I paid for the booking. When I arrived, the hotel said they couldn't find my booking at first. The lady found it and got my room ready. When I was leaving at checkout time, the hotel charged me again for my stay. They said i did not pay for it.

We were not greeted by an employee, had to wait a few minutes. The worker came in saying she was outside on her break. It waa nice to have the beds separated in two room area however one bed was absolutely broken. We went to get breakfast about 6:30, as we had been told it starts at 6am. We were then told Saturday morning that it starts at 7am. This was a problem for us because we needed to leave before then. There wasn’t soap for washing hands AND showering. We had to pick one, so bring body wash. Our curtains wouldn’t close so we had street lights shining in through the night. We personally wouldn’t pick to stay there next time.

My room door was open when i got to it. I called to the front desk and was told that the housekeeping staff probably left it open when they finished cleaning it. The room door did not lock properly. The volume on the tv would not turn down and the remote did not work for the tv. When I reported it to the front desk, no action or suggestion was made. I wish they would have switched me to another room.

Awful! Seriously stay somewhere else. Needs a MAJOR deep clean. Stinks as soon as you walk in the lobby like wet dog and only gets worse as you go through and into the room. Worst hotel stay we have ever experienced. Couldn’t even watch tv with three kids in the room at that bc there was no remote, stains on sheets,carpet, curtains and uncleaned surfaces/walls etc, one of the beds was broke in the middle so forget turning over you will just roll right back to the middle. Daughter would sleep on the couch there were weird splatters on the walls all around it etc just awful
