Great price, great location to train station! Good breakfast spread for both Japanese and western appetites. There was a hair and a nail in the bed, under the covers, so maybe no one changed the sheets? The room smelled like B.O., the carpet was very stained, and the bathroom walls were stained, too. Looks best if you don't turn on the lights.

I don't know what happened but I got this around half the price as other comparable hotels in the area so had pretty low expectations but was pleasantly surprised it was actually a step up. There was enough room to leave my suitcase open on the floor, breakfast was good, climate control was good, the only thing is I wish the bed wasn't up against the window since that's the coldest part of the room. Great location right by the station.

You will have to pay for parking at a third party parking lot, but it was ¥600 per 24 hours, so it was still cheap for our two day stay. Very nice staff, and about a 5 minute walk to Nara Station. Would stay again.

Hotel was in a good spot, close to train station and 30 minute walk to the dear park and even less to a great market Street that leads to the dear park and temples.
