Staff was helpful, shuttle was efficient with friendly drivers, room was comfortable and quiet, we enjoyed the pool and workout room on our unexpected layover and breakfast was better than most. The location of this hotel for airport travelers is great. The breakfast buffet was better than expected= lots of choices and variety. Renee at the desk was so very helpful and efficient; we appreciated her at our late arrival! The hotel seems to have been renovated and was clean and comfy. However, I would not rate this a 9.2 hotel... it seems as though some hotels are either being rated by Ai or some other means. This was definitely in the 8 range and worth the price and location. It is just frustrating when something is advertised and doesn't live up to the expectation.
