Rooms were decent, you can tell its an older hotel but rooms are maintained. I was weary since doors outside didn't look as kept. The staff was friendly and willing to heat stuff up or refrigerate some items I needed. Food was good for the value although wait staff was a little slower.

Nice hotel in Torreon

Very nice hotel, just seems un finished, no floor mats for shower, no hand towels, no towel bars, the breakfast was very complete, however veryslow to come, 45min, so not great when you're trying to leave quickly.Oh and there are two Nuve hotels in Torreon, be sure to put Gomez Palicio in you GPS, not Gonsales it's a very different hotel..

When we arrived the girl at the front desk looked at us and continued texting and smiling on her phone and then texted in between checking us and our niece in. First morning, with hair full of shampoo we lost water completed. Never did get a warm shower the entire stay. The beds are very hard too. The place looks really nice and has potential.

Nos encantó la ubicación, la habitacion que nos ofrecieron incluía cochera con acceso especial para silla de ruedas. La rampa al restaurante tiene una pendiente muy pronunciada, se requiere apoyo para subir o bajar. La atención de todo el personal es muy bueno, aunque recomendamos preguntar por los ingredientes de los platos de la comida o cena, porque suelen incluir decoración como granos de maíz crudo. Las porciones son bastas, recomendamos el queso fundido, y la variedad de carnes de la región. El diseño del hotel es muy funcional, tiene patos, mucha vegetación, buen servicio incluso en días festivos como navidad y año nuevo. El personal se esmera por el cuidado del hotel, los huéspedes y el medio ambiente. Definitivamente es un hotel que podría convertirse en el favorito de la laguna. Una opción de acuerdo con la tarifa. Buenos canales de entretenimiento, buen minisplit, plancha, seguridad, espacio amplio de estacionamiento, lugares de interés muy cerca, cómo farmacia, centro comercial, gasolinería, veterinario, bancos,etc
