I was pleasantly surprised with how beautiful the building and decor are. High quality, good finishes, and elegant. The lobby bar and restaurant look great. The room was spacious, looked brand new, and very modern. It also had a balcony, but would have liked for it to face the WTC which I think would have been a nicer view.

What an incredibly wonderful experience to stay at this hotel. I travel a lot and it’s rare that a hotel is absolute perfection. Such is the case with the Hyatt Regency Mexico City Insurgentes.
