Well it was 6/10. The place is right in the middle of SLU and a great neighborhood. You could park for free and walk the 4 blocks but we took the chance and parked right in front of the hotel with like all big cities have sold their souls to parking companies for every usable space with 6 inches on all streets but I was Friday evening till Monday morning so 7 pm and all day Sunday free so I paid zero in parking. The place needed updating and deep cleaning with new furniture, lights in living room didn’t work as with ceiling fan but central hvac was ice cold.Bathroom very dated and needs an upgrade to the tub shower. But it was good and what we used it for as a night time crash place for us being out all day as they say “It will do”

It was very easy to access public transportation from this property. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and when the hot water got up there it was plentiful and hot. There were a/c and heat available; I used both and each worked fine. My apartment was on third floor, and was accessible only via stairs. It was not a problem for me (it was a workout!), but might be for more physically-impaired folks.

The staff member I was messaging was amazing, they helped me so much and got me into my room like 4 hours early!! The apartments worked out great for us! Price and location. Close to events going on and short drive to lots of restaurants on The Hill. Great historic beautiful rooms

The house is right across the campus from SLU and that was the perfect location for me. I appreciated the beauty of the 120-year-old home with hardwood floors and window frames and a beautiful staircase. The room was well appointed with a full kitchen and very clean. I would stay here again for sure. However whoever was communicating with me about the property through text could use some customer relations skills for sure.

The room was small but very nice and clean. We had everything we would need there. We were on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. Since the parking garage was under contruction we were accomodated with another free of charge but it was quite a walk. I would not recommend this for older people especially in the heat.
