Walked into the room and there were roaches on the sink. Door lock was broken. Hall carpet was dirty. Beds were shredded. Room stank. Though the ad said no drinking outside of rooms there was a person drinking at the pool area and asked for my 16 yr old daughter to come party with him. We did not stay! Was told by the front desk they were going to start a refund. I complained to the property through Hotels.com, and they responded through the app, as well as email that I was getting a refund, though the amount they said I was getting was not as much as I paid. They said to give it 10 business days to show up on my card. Waited the 2 weeks and nothing. I messaged them again, and no answer. So I contacted hotels.com and forwarded the email stating I was getting part of my money back, and was told that the property was not responding to them and that there would be no refund. My suggestion is to stay far away from red roof inn!
