The hotel, rooms, and amenities are amazing. The issue is with parking and the initial check-in. This is not really the hotel’s fault, as it is in busy downtown Denver. However, there is no place to actually park to get checked in. The directions took us to the complete opposite side of the building, and as there are multiple entrances to this property, it added to the confusion of where to go. Once you do get checked in, the parking app they make you use is a pain. The overall process of the app is long and tedious, not to mention that parking spots 1 away from each other could very drastically in price. Overall, the hotel was very nice, but the process of getting parked and checked in could use some work.

Beautiful and very clean room (apartment) with awesome city views Joseph at the counter recommended. I let them know we were there for a big milestone celebration.
