I was surrounded by diamonds in this small but very quiet hotel. It was during a heatwave and that air-con was truly fantastic. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and easy to check in and out.

Fab location and very friendly staff. I regularly stay here and find it great every time.

10/10 Exceptional

The bed was alittle small and hard for both us where we had to communicate our rollovers so we didnt knock the other out of the bed. The automatic doors at the entrance was helpful and nice. The male staff was super friendly and one female staff that we saw at the counter was not friendly and we didnt say anything to her and got an eyeroll which was pretty rude. Overall we could stay here again if we needed to. The room was comfortable and nice.

10/10 Exceptional

Lovely hotel, good location, clean, quiet with a great shower. Gave us muffins and a bottle of water which was appreciated. Only issue, which was my fault, I thought a small double room meant the room was small and had a double bed. It means that there is a small double bed (maybe single and 1/2) in the room! Bit tight for two people.

Nice clean tidy hotel, perfect location. Only note was the beds seemed too short for someone around 6foot tall

Bright and clean room, good facilities, staff were pleasant and location was fine with loads of places to eat close by - bed was unnecessarily firm - not the best sleep!

8/10 Very good

The hotel was great, small, spotless and in a very quiet yet fairly central location with very helpful staff. I booked a “small double room”, thinking this meant a small room with a double bed, it actually means a room with a small double bed as in a 3/4 size double bed. I think the wording on the room type should be changed as this meant that me and my adult daughter had to share a very small bed for two nights!

Great location and quiet clean room. However service at the reception was terrible with a receptionist telling me lies about their services and their availability.
