The owner/manager had an attitude problem from the start at check In. Any question seemed to be an inconvenience to him. The property is poorly managed the paint on the bottom of the pool comes off in your toes. There was a pile of puke day one by the pool still there at checkout. The gate to the ocean didn’t lock or work. Had a full kitchen with very few pots and pans. The shower was backed up. Had to fight rude nasty guest over parking they state 1 car per room but choose not to follow it. Came in one night too 2 long term residence putting cones out to save parking when the manager came out to move it the other customer cussed us out and management did nothing about it. This person confronted me 3 different times all around horrible place works and management also claims to be Daytona yet they are outside of Daytona

Pool wasn't heated. Lady at the office told me it was before i booked. Hvac system in the room kept changing temps on its own. And we killed 6 cockroaches in the 2 nights we stayed there.

The only problem I had was coming to the hotel with the bathtub dirty but 2 days later someone came to clean it the building and pool was overall in good conditions there was high tide so we didn’t get much beach time but the pool was in great condition very clean everyone is nice here the bed was very stiff but I would recommend the staff was beyond understanding and I would definitely come here again in the near future

The bad reviews must have been during the rebuild from the hurricanes and of course northerners lol. We found the property to be beautiful with a new courtyard and swimming pool. Great amenities like laundry area, game/arcade room and even a breakfast/lunch diner. The staff at the desk is extremely helpful and greeting. Very quiet as well with many of the other people owning their units. Beach access was extremely convenient right from the pool and required a key to come back in for added security to the area. Will definitely visit again and possibly buy a unit(Condotel) as an investment.

This is an absolutely wonderful property The condo is very very clean very quaint private stunning view even though you are not on the ocean you still can see all the way up up the beach coastline it is an excellent choice if you are going to make vacation plans I would definitely consider staying here for sure people are absolutely amazing very friendly.
