Budget friendly. Helpful staff

A small budget property off the interstate. Staff was competent and helpful. I ve stayed here twice to visit with family abd ill defenitely stay again. My only issue was wifi was turned off at night. I could hear ither tennants smoking outside but it was not a bother to me. Overall I appreciated the price abd staff.

From the time I pulled in, it reminded me of a ghetto drug den that hosts prostitutes, drug dealers, and basically Skid Row convicts hiding from the law. The lobby was full of dead plants. The manager of said lobby look like he just crawled out of bed and forgot to comb his hair, and there was a stench in the lobby. They would make the season of vagrant hold their nose. I would not recommend this to anybody even somebody coming out of prison.

Booking was for Sat-Sun. No room available on Sat so they changed our reservation to be Sun-Mon. Had to file fraud dispute with credit card company.

Motel Hell

No working lock on the door. Prostitute in next room. No smoke or fire alarm. No shower curtain. No soap. Toilet didn't flush. A/C blew air but room temperature. Didttinct smell of urine and cigarette smoke when entering from outside. Bed was made but sheets were clean. Woke up with 2 bed bugs on my ankle. Linoleum floor looked clean but turned the bottom of me feet dark black. TV didn't work. Need I say more.

Did not have soap for washing or even a cup for rinsing after brushing my teeth. The appearance of the room was outdated and patched together. A toilet, bed and light were the only amenities which is what I needed but am not used to seeing in today’s standards.

I can honestly say the entire stay was terrible between the ants and the mold and the a/c hardly worked and was falling apart and the filters were caked with dust and broken the mold on the vents and you can see were the walls looked like there was spray on them the running down of purple stuff on them and when you check into a room there should be towels and toliet paper and little soaps or shampoos tissues there was nothing had to go ask for it and was only given one towel the parking lot was full of trash beer cans and cigarette butts i wont be coming back and the management was beyond rude

The room wasnt ready when i checked in so they sent me to one of their other properties. This property was worse then the first. They had beds standing along the hallway. No handicapped access. There was mold on the floor in my room. They didn't have any towels or toliet paper in the room, I had to ask several times for it. The fridge that was in my room didn't work. The phone didn't work so everytime I needed anything I had to go up and down the stairs to say anything. The ac in my room worked when it wanted to. I had to have them make the bed multiple times because they didn't make it right the first time. When they cleaned the room which wasnt very often they did a half ass job. Not changing the toliet paper, not replacing the towels, not whiping down anything. The day before I was scheduled to check out they came knocking on my door saying I either needed to check out or pay to stay. I had to tell them to look it up because I was paid up through the next day. I will NEVER stay here again and technically should be reembursed for the money I had to pay to stay in this place. Very disappointed!!!

If your traveling thru, and don't mind nothing working in your room, you'll be fine. If you're visiting, and looking for a bargain, this is NOT the place to stay. Stained and worn towels, the shower curtain hadn't been washed or changed in probably a year or more. The bed-I brought my own blankets and comforter, and pillows. I always do, if I'm driving. There are holes in the ceiling and in the walls-so just be aware-this is NOT a place I would EVER go back to.

1st of all was told cable might not work. Something back changing the cable out. Asked abt wifi and she gave us the password but it never worked. Got the room and when giving us key rudely no smoking in rooms and if we want to smoke we have to go to this corner over there. We have no problem not smoking in our room. So get to the room and it hadn't be clean sheets thrown on bed trash in the can. Go down to let them know and just gives us a different room. It had been long trip so when we got there we just wanted to sleep. Couple hours later they gave a guy our room and if the latch wouldn't have been on he would have walked in. Since it had woke us up we went outside to smoke and he had gone to front desk. They guy and manager came back and manager said well door open now. Yes it's open cuz it's the room u gave us. Some anniversary get away

I checked in and went to dinner. Came back and walked into a messy room. I had reserved a room with one bed. What I got was a room with two beds. One of the beds was made and the other was not. The sheets and blanket were laying on a sofa. There was a bag full of trash in the middle of the room. By the way the light was on. The owner or manager was already asleep by this time and it took a while for him to come to the door. When I told him the condition the room was and he just handed another key card over. The second room seemed to be clean enough but there weren’t any towels. The tv didn’t work. This was actually my second time staying here so I knew what to expect. But this?! You get what you pay for.

I arrived late and had to rings doorbell for service. Nobody came to the door of the office. Yesterday man came out of another door and informed me that they had no vacancies. I then told him I had a reservation. I realize I interrupted his sleep he was not very friendly. There were a couple of 4x8 boards leaning against the wall opposite the beds. Not enough towels for two adults. I had made the reservation for two adults. But in the end all I can say is we got what we paid for and the room served its purpose. We just wanted a place to sleep after a long day of driving before heading back on the road for another long day of driving. Also was not given a receipt because when I went to turn in the card key the office was closed. Left the card key with the cleaning crew who were already hard at work at 7am unlike the person who should have been in the office.
