They charge an extra "cleaning fee" of $35 AFTER you check in! Place is very noisy; has a community kitchen they ask that you clean your dishes if you dirty them (what's the "cleaning fee" for?) Place worked for one night in a pinch but wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay.

Extremely clean and very well done! Would stay here again and again, and recommend to all. Location is great if this is where you need to be always check before you book somewhere as some guests here were very unhappy with location. But that because they were expecting to be in San Juan.
