Central and clean hotel

Centrally located hotel close to the beach, promenade and restaurants. Staff all very friendly and although the rooms could be upgraded they were very clean. Tip; request a room with a balcony before arriving otherwise you may get one without as we did but the staff managed to move us after the first night. Cooked breakfast could be better but the other options made up for it.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and love it. The location is perfect - not too far from the beach and yet quiet enough in the evening. The hotel is just the right size and the pool area is great. Beds are comfy and the balcony is great. Our bathroom could have done with some attention, in particular the bath itself. Other than that, another great stay.

Very friendly and professional Staff, nice pool and pool side area with bar and snacks available during the day. Rooms were very clean and tidy and cleaned everyday. Did not use the restaurant as made a personal choice to eat out.

It was a small hotel (60 rooms) so we got to know the staff and other residents very well. It was situated in the middle of town but in a quiet area (next to a Police Station). All the staff were friendly and helpful. Myself and my two colleagues (pensioners and Army veterans on a reunion) would not hesitate to use this hotel again.

Check the room and Skip the breakfast!

This SOHO hotel is not in the class of most other hotel branches, as seen in their catalog! The "real" double STD room I got was rather a "Smelly Moldy Hole" (photo), totally different from that nice photo (with balcony) online for this category, which attracted me to book in this hotel. I never asked for upgrade! The male receptionist refused to change & said that photo is just an example! I suggested putting the real photo online, if they dare, so that guests can make the right choice of hotel or room! Finally, I took him up to the room to see and later he allocated me to a better! We remained good friends for the remaining of time. The night shift male staff was also nice too. A female receptionist who worked in the morning shifts in 17-19 June, was extremely rude to me and another family+child, shouting at us several times, when we asked (separately) for help. *** Don't pay for the breakfast of 12 E in advance, it's not worth even for 5 E!!! A chair was upside down in the pool with the sharp legs upwards for hours, but the staff didn't care, if those could stick into a swimmer's face/torso (Photo)! No English (news) TV channel, 99% in Spanish!

La única queja es por la habitación en la que nos hemos quedado. El aire acondicionado goteaba agua al suelo y tuve que pedir un cubo. El baño viejo, la bañera estaba desconchada. Tuve que ir a pedir las sabanas del sofá cama porque no estaba preparada. El resto bien: el personal amable y resolutivo. El desayuno bueno.

Easy to book. Reception are great. We asked to move rooms and it was done with no issues. Beds are very comfy. Pool area is lovely. Housekeeping staff work really hard to a high standard. Rooms cleaned every day and beds made up. Only negative is no evening meal is avaialble. Pool bar shuts at 7pm and is great for snacks during day. Sea front and all bars, restaurants, etc is a 5 minute walk, all flat. But venture to near by bars, restaurants and supermarkets, great choice, excellent food and a lot better value than near the beach. Overall a great stay, some areas need some tlc, but would recommend

A Pleasant Stay | Excellent Value

This hotel offered a pleasant experience overall, with most of the staff being helpful and accommodating. The room and bathroom were basic in design, but the bed was exceptionally comfortable and provided ample storage space. However, the bathroom could use some attention—both the bathtub and shower require repairs, and the general tidiness could be improved. A notable inconvenience was the lack of individual bedside lights, which would allow one guest to read without disturbing the other. Additionally, staying on a higher floor is recommended to avoid noise from the road, which can be disruptive.
