The booking reservation said cribs were available and when we checked they advised they don’t have any cribs and have never had them. The door to the room was bowed and difficult to shut. It was not hanging right on the hinges. The AC was set at 70 degrees and the room was 59 degrees when we went to bed and 61 degrees in the room when we woke up. The sheets were soft though.
