Warning!! Don’t choose this one. There was no hot water, even after changing to a new room. The electric went out and when it came back on, there was no TV. They are under construction and changing hands so they said a bad review wouldn’t even matter. The rates are mid range and up, we weren’t looking for an economy deal when we chose this hotel. We chose wrong, don’t make the same mistake.

my daughter attends OSU. We were in town for less than 24 hours to attend her sorority event. the hotel had no hot water. the entire purpose of a hotel stay is to get rest and shower. i was unable to shower. nothing was done for this absurdity. i was given an im sorry from the fri t desk and we have a list of others that have to pass to my manager.

First room we got, the AC was not working. Was given another room one floor higher but the floor smelled of smoke. Breakfast was decent but was a counter order and only for take-out. No sit-down options at the hotel for breakfast. Pool was decent but a bit cold. People on balcony can see you swim.

Was on 4th floor and smelled like cigarettes really bad. Our room hasnt been smoked in that i could smell so thought other rooms was allowed . We put towels around door to keep odors out. Furnace unit ran and shut off every 30 seconds so was uncomfortable with that. Told front desk and said no smoking is allowed at all and said sorry. No offering money back for the smoking 4th floor..

The rooms were very nice the bed smelled clean and was comfortable and nice good hot shower. Also the staff was friendly and very accommodating to all my wants and questions. Very nice pool and work out center as well. I would definitely stay with them again.

Room was extremely clean! Staff very friendly and helpful. I was just disappointed by the fact no breakfast or coffee without paying at the cafe. I did purchase breakfast there and it was excellent. Food for dinner was yummy. Reasonable priced!

From check in to check out, this hotel far exceeded expectations. The staff was phenomenal! We had a couple of special requests that they would have been well within their right to decline but instead they went above and beyond in every way! Made the stay perfect!

Plenty of parking. Good place to stay for overnight, right off of highways. Especially if you're not looking for any comps. Only lemon water in lobby and no Bonvoy room. There's only a lounge in lobby where you van purchase lite meals or drinks.
