It was a nice hotel. The night manager gave me an upgrade to a suite with a fireplace, so that was very much appreciated. I was concerned about the pillows possibly being feather (I'm allergic), and he hand-delivered synthetic ones and fluffed them for me too. The stay was very good. The breakfast was good. The second morning of my stay, I had to leave at 3:45 a.m. and the overnight staff gave me a couple of muffins and a coffee to go. Overall, they were very nice and great customer service.

Not a great stay.

We were given a room with broken dressers, no oven, and not enough linens for the number of people in the room. The pool was closed and no notification was given to us, and trying to find front desk staff was a nightmare. The hotel is in major need of a renovation. It was nicely decorated for the holidays and the breakfasts were adequate...I would have stayed somewhere else though if I had known about the pool, it was a real downer for my kids.

We had a fabulous stay! From our check in with Melissa to an amazing breakfast the next morning, it was our best hotel experience in a very long time. Our room was super spacious, spotless and so quiet! We had the large, clean pool all to ourselves. We were impressed with the quality and quantity of breakfast offerings. We can’t wait to return!
