Plus de 300€ pour une nuit, dans une chambre où l’on doit faire soi-même le lit et sortir la poubelle, avec un mobilier suranné, une literie de chambre d’étudiant, la pression très faible dans la douche et une vue sur rien… le rapport qualité prix est clairement insuffisant. L’emplacement est très bon, et le petit déjeuner convenable, le personnel du petit déjeuner est aimable.

Hotel (appartamento) in posizione perfetta per visitare la città: 10 min a piedi dal centro, parcheggio interno (pochi posti), zona silenziosa. La camera era ampia, ben fornita. L’ascensore purtroppo costringeva a snervanti attese la mattina per scendere per colazione. La colazione era ridotta, poca scelta, sicurante integrabile con altri cibi. Reception cortese, forse un po’ sbrigativa.

Great Hotel; Extraordinary staff

We spent two nights in Annecy and it was a SUPERB experience. The hotel is located near the bus station and is walkable distance from the old town and nearby mall. The front desk staff, especially Dima, Lina, and Estelle went above and beyond to make our stay very special. They gave us great recommendations, helped with dinner reservations, and actively helped reschedule our transfer. The staff has fluency in English which made communication easier and more pleasant. We would definitely book again for our next Annecy visit. Strongly recommend the place.
