Horrible stay my mothers in a walker with a messed up foot she just had surgery on and she had to crawl up stairs because the elevator was done and they wouldn’t accommodate us then proceeded to laugh and embarrass my mother because she had to crawl up the stairs literally laughed in her face our room had stains on the walls couch and beds and one of the tvs didn’t work also this was the most horrible experience we have ever had at a hotel

The rooms were very clean and the staff was amazing. The heat in one of our rooms wasn’t working and they sent someone to fix it right away. The pool was kind of cloudy but as a pool owner, I don’t blame the hotel, I blame the guests that don’t shower as instructed before swimming! Hot tub was perfect! The facilities were all well made but everything was grubby. There was splashed food on the hotel room wall, the couch in the suite was very dirty, the carpet was stained and dirty. Thankfully the bathroom and bed were clean.
