Very clean room, the cleaning staff did a fantastic job and making the room very comfortable. Towels changed regularly, nice room with TV and netflix access. The only reason we scored 3 is due to the fact that we slept very poorly due to very loud noise. The hostel guests slept on top of our room and we could hear everything from the room upstairs and outside the room. For example every conversation in the courtyard felt as though it was taking place in the room and sadly it happened repeatedly throughout our stay. Moving forward we would suggest that the hotel owners consider either sound proofing or introducing a noise policy in order respect all guests. It's a shame because the room itself and the location were excellent.

A very convenient option, ideally located close to Valladolid’s main attractions and perfect for those using public transportation, especially the ADO bus terminal, which is just a short walk away. The rooms are confortable and nicely decorated but a bit dark, with side-facing windows that provide very little natural light. The biggest drawback is the almost nonexistent water pressure in the shower—only a few drops of hot water come out. One important point to be aware of: although prices are advertised in U.S. dollars here, if you choose to pay by credit card at the hotel, they convert the amount to Mexican pesos using an exchange rate more than 20% higher than the current market rate. Although the staff kindly processed a refund and allowed me to pay in cash instead—resolving the issue quickly—it’s still an unpleasant situation that travelers should know about. It would be much better if they stopped applying very inflated exchange rates.

It was really nice hostel, but few things could be better. Shower offered cold water mostly and wifi didn't work well. Air-condition got little too cold to me in the night. Staff was great tho !

Todo muy bien!

Javier nos atendió de maravilla. Nos lo explicó todo con mucha atención y gracias a eso la estancia fue muy agradable. El hotel está súper cerca de todo lo que hay que visitar y las instalaciones son geniales.

Ottima posizione e staff cortese e con tanti consigli su cosa fare, vedere e dove andare. La stanza era carina però piuttosto piccola e vicino la strada con forti rumori di camion e auto.

Bien placé, proche de la gare Ado et du centre ville. Très belle déco, beaucoup de confort, personnel très prévenant. Manque un peu de convivialité dans les parties communes, avec un accès à la cuisine par exemple.

Deseo felicitar a José y Daniela quienes fueron sumamente amables durante nuestra estancia, como tip están justo a una esquina de la calzada de los frailes valladolid en la cual pueden encontrar varios restaurantes, tiendas; tomarse lindas fotos y llegar al ex convento de San Bernardino. Recomiendo este Hotel para pasar un relajado fin de semana :)
