Beautifully decorated hotel in a really convenient location. Breakfast was lovely although thought the bakery items were from the previous day. Main issue is that it gets quite noisy at night so if you’re a light sleeper then it may not be the best place to stay on a Saturday night.

Everything as a whole was amazing, sophia the receptionist was very kind, sweet, helpful and very sociable with a beautiful smile that is welcoming. Rooms were very well put together and honestly close to every oaxaca city has to offer. If you are into experiencing night life ex: bars,food, views then this is the place to be. Nos encantó nuestra estancia en Boulenc Bed and Bread. El staff fue increíblemente amable y servicial, la habitación encantadora y el desayuno, delicioso. A beautiful place to stay

This hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. The location, staff, and breakfast were all outstanding, while the room and shared spaces were beautifully designed. The terrace is a real highlight! The room could be a little noisy but you expect this given the location.

Great value. Don’t let the building exterior put you off. Our hotel room was clean, rustic, and comfortable. The hotel is a small oasis in the middle of Oaxaca with a beautiful patio and rooftop terrace where one can relax and eat some of the complementary morning and evening tapas. Convenient location in the historic district with amazing restaurants and mezcal bars just a short walk away. The only downside is that the street outside is very noisy at night with loud trucks and cars passing by constantly and a bar outside with loud music and singing. The hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs in the room but I recommend bringing your own with a higher noise reduction rating.
