We had the family room with the Murphy beds and we absolutely loved it! We were able to use the kitchen to make breakfast every day! The bus stop right in front of the hotel has transportation to all of the major attractions and made it extremely easy to visit Many amazing places in Salzburg! Will definitely stay here any and every time I visit this wonderful city!

The location is great and the hotel is nice. Our family had 2 rooms and they were well laid out and comfortable. Our compliant is that there was a heat radiator in one of the two rooms, so one room was warm and the other cold.

Property was small and clean. They provided local transportation free of charge with our stay. The hotel is walkable to main train station (maybe 4-5 blocks). Walked to Old Town 1 time. Then decided to take transport to Old Town for the rest of our stay. It was not hard to navigate. Room was small as we needed the sofa bed in main room, so that took up additional seating. However, kitchenette, coffee and refrigerator were nice to have. No washer / dryer in unit, but there was a laundry room (for a charge) outside near parking lot.

The Villa Elisa is an ok property. Inwoild probably give it 3.5 stars but no option so I gave it 4 stars The room we had was the family suite with two rooms. The property is definitely dated as are the rooms, and the beds were ok. Only 15 minute walk to Salzburg city center and old Salzburg. There are only a few parking spots so I’m very glad we made arrangements to have a parking spot for our car. We didn’t do the breakfast as there is a bakery close by and we only ever saw one person working at the hotel so not sure when they would even have a breakfast.

Lovely apartment and close to the train station

The apartment we stayed (no. 8) is nicely decorated, new and extremely clean. The shower is powerful and the beds are comfy too. The staff member was very helpful and friendly with our questions regarding luggage storage. It will be nice if the electric window would work properly. The window arms don't seem to strong enough to hold the window and they shut automatically after a while. It will also be nice to have an extra rubbish bin in the bigger room. One last thing - if we read the terms and conditions correctly, we should be allowed to pay the deposit by cash but we only had the option to pay by card when we checked in. Will be appreciated if this could be stated clearly beforehand.

Great affordable boutique accommodation

An affordable accommodation that was boutique and well positioned to the train. Because of the location, it felt more like we were locals. It was a slight bit further from the majority of touristy sights in the Mozart Square area, but with the included guest mobility pass, and ease to get places on the bus, it was an excellent affordable option.

I would certainly stay here again! My husband and 2 teens had a great time. The room was very spacious with lots of windows. We were lucky to be in an apartment that had a view of the fortress. The front desk staff was always very helpful and had great recommendations for us. The breakfast option would be something i would get again with wonderful options. It was so nice to be a short 5 min walk to the train station and all the transit options there. A fantastic stay.

Quiet hotel, near train station

We picked this hotel because it was a short walk from the train station. It was very nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. It’s about a 20-25 minute walk to old town but easy to catch the bus since the stop is located right in front of the hotel. Very happy with our stay in Salzburg!

This property was very clean, bright, and in good condition. But it is EXTREMELY basic and not the most comfortable. I didn't like that there were no paper towels available for cleaning, we were given a TINY sponge for dishes, we only had two dish towels to use, you couldn't ask for a new towel without paying $5 for each one, and each clothes wash was $5, with an additional $5 to dry for just one load. The kitchen offerings wouldn't be bad if it were just two people, but we had five. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to Old Town.

They have a washer onsite. It is 5euro a load. It kept timing out while I was trying to pay to use it. Even though it timed out, I was still charged. 50 euro later, I only received 10 euro worth of services. I spoke to the lady at the front desk who called her boss. He said it was my problem because I don’t speak the language. I paid a lot of money to stay for 3 nights. I would expect a little better treatment.
