Cheap is what this hotel is so don't expect much from your stay. Also would help if they had some staff that spoke a little English as well. would reccomend if you what somewhere cheap to stay otherwise find a better hotel.

Below Average Hotel

I stayed in Joyful Sea for a period of 5 nights for the Canton Fair. The service there was good but the condition of the hotel was fairly old. The room was average as the carpets were stained and dirty. The location of the hotel is at the outskirts however is about 5 mins walk to the nearest MTR. Also, the hotel was a little sleezy as the massage centre they had often had people streaming in and out of the hotel in the night. Apart from the condition of the hotel, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Unless you are looking for a budget hotel, I would not recommend it to my friends.
