This place was absolutely amazing. Very secluded and serene. Best rest and relaxation I’ve had in a minute. Full stove, refrigerator, microwave, bed, internet and cell service. The front porch is the best part.

Looks can be deceiving. The pictures on the Internet I was sure that I was right on the river where I could put my feet in the water if I wanted to and very secluded from everyone. There’s a 20 foot drop off in front of our cabin and a walk-in trail that goes through the front yard. The cabins were so close you could almost touch the neighbors. We walked in put our stuff down, turned on the air conditioning. It wouldn’t come on. I called the office. He said he would send someone out when I went in the bedroom. I turned the air on in there. It runs the entire home. We sat on the porch every time someone got up and walked away. It’s swayed so bad. I got motion sickness. This also happened in the bedroom. I got ready to take a shower. I didn’t have any hot water after it ran for a few minutes. I got a little hot water jumped in the shower. As soon as I got my hair wet, it went cold. When I called the office, she told me I needed to go under the house and reset it which my husband did three hours later they showed up to fix it. There’s a sign that says if you don’t clean up after yourself, they charge you $150 but it also says that they provide you with the soap and stuff to do the cleaning. I washed dishes with body soap so I didn’t get charged $150 because there was no soap. I watched young kids and small children go in the house next door take out towels. Don’t replace anything else. I assume they were there to clean this place has not been clean properly always wash your

The cabin was nice and relaxing. Only issues were some of the dishes were still dirty and the hot water didn’t last in the evenings. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Rooms and Porch are Disgusting. Sofa inside was so filthy that we had to put a sheet over it to even sit down. Dishes not washed pots nasty had leftover food stuck in the bottom of it. Refrigerator wasn’t cleaned. I hate that I had to write this review because this used to be my getaway to relax rewind and Refocus. But the last to stay was not a pleasant stay. I referred my friends to go and they had the same experience as i did. If they can find someone that takes pride in cleaning it will always be the perfect getaway Spot.

I’ve Been To This These Cabin At Least 8/9 Times. But the last 2 Times Was The Worst. I Reached Out to Them Personally and Didnt Get A response So Here It Is. Cabin #1 Was Dirty. Dishes Was Not Cleaned. Pots in The Bottom Cabinet Had Rat Droppings All Over it livingroom Sofa Is Filthy. I Moved The Coffee Table Food And Dirty Underneath it. Outdoor Furniture Was Disgusting. Couldn’t Sit On it. Leaves Everywhere All They Need is a Blower To Blow It Off And Wash The Pillows. Cabin #7 Was just As. Nasty as Cabin #1 i Just Didn’t See any Rat Dropping. Maybe Because I Didn’t Look. But this can be a great place to rewind refocus & relax. If they can get reliable Cleaning People.

The rental property we booked through Expedia in Petal, Mississippi was not in the condition represented in the listing photos. The unit was unclean, the furniture was heavily worn and damaged, and the host refused any refund after we could not stay there due to the condition of furniture. Because of these conditions, the property was not suitable for occupancy. We informed the host immediately, but were told they could not assist us because the reservation was made through Expedia. Expedia contacted the host, and the host declined any refund, citing “policy,” despite the clear misrepresentation and cleanliness issues. Resolution Requested: A full refund for the stay, as the property did not match the advertised condition and was not in acceptable or sanitary condition upon arrival. Be aware the company is hidden behind layers of protection and cant be reached directly. They are not helpful and they dont respect you as a consumer or your hard earned money. You might as well book studio 6 hotel or stay at a local thrift store. That is the quality that was provided! We couldn’t stay even one night! Run from this property!!!!
