All the front female staffs were curtious EXCEPT one male front desk staff was rude. He was there on 11/18/25 at 10:40 AM local time. Our one bedroom suite was clean and spacious. Great location 5 mins walk across the road from Toyama station. Had a twin room and the single beds were slightly bigger than standard size. Nice PJs were provided and amenities were provided in the room. No bottled water, but they did provide a water jug and ice bucket in the room and there was a little room with a water (and ice) machine on every floor. Onsen - clean and with good lockers - hot and cold pools available. Also nice basket in the room which was very useful for taking your things down to the onset. Breakfast had a good selection of local and western choices.
