The housekeeping service was terrible. I called them 9am to have laundry picked up and house keeping. I came back from lunch 4pm and nothing was done. The room kept smelling like sewer pipes for 48hrs. The ac cooling system wasn’t working. Service was slow. It took the waitress 45 min to bring a water bottle at the reasturant. Don’t expect fast room service for food. The phone only calls the reception. Beside the view of the ocean. This hotel service is extremely terrible and slow. Check out was 1hr wait time because they didn’t deliver my laundry that was supposed to be brought up 8am. And check out was 12pm. For the price and expensive fine dining. Service was extremely limited to the luxury that is advertised by the hotel.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cet hôtel offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer. Entre les moments de détente au bord de la piscine à débordement, les couchers de soleil spectaculaires et les petits déjeuners en terrasse avec vue panoramique, tout était réuni pour un séjour ressourçant. L’atmosphère élégante et le décor raffiné, aussi bien dans les espaces communs que dans les chambres, ajoutent une touche de luxe. Une expérience mêlant confort, calme et beauté naturelle, que nous recommandons vivement.

I had a wonderful and unique stay! The property was clean, with spacious rooms and a great location—just a short walk to restaurants and the waterfront. It’s about 15 minutes from the airport and Sidi Bou Said, which made getting around easy. The host, Medhi, was incredibly helpful and even assisted with transportation to my next accommodation. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay in Tunis.

Temps d’attente à l’enregistrement trop long, je suis arrivé à 14H et pris la chambre à 16H35. 20 minutes plus tard mes bagages m’ont été remontés dans la chambre, après rappel de la réception. L’eau était coupée depuis la fin de l’après midi jusqu’à tard le soir, pas possible de prendre une douche après la piscine eau de mer, obligé d’aller dîner sur place sans la douche. Au restaurant buffet, les serveurs couraient dans tous les sens et il y’a aucun concept de service à vrai dire, en partant chercher du dessert alors que je n’ai pas encore fini ma boisson et pas encore réglé mon addition que j’ai laissé à table. À mon retour avec mon assiette j’ai trouvé ma table déjà prise par d’autres personnes …panique totale des serveurs et moi avec mon assiette dans la main, quelques minutes plus tard et à force de réclamer on a fini par me retrouver une table…En résumé l’hôtel est situé à endroit magnifique , le cadre est sympa, l’hôtel est propre mais au niveau service c’est loin d’être à un niveau 5 étoiles, le rapport qualité prix est aussi à revoir.

Very nice and charming hotel. Excellent views, food and service. Rooms are average (mattresses and pillows not comfortable). Location is good but nothing surrounds the hotel You can’t walk anywhere. Food is Extremely expensive and pricey, not for locals at all. Not more than 24hrs stay. Spa is very good, mineral and thermal pools, rest is standard.
