The motel is older, but the room was ckean and comfortable. I had breakfast every morning on the balcony and watched the sun set from there as well. There was a walkway down to the beach, which was very quiet an relaxing and a great place to look for rocks and birdwatch. The only problem I had was the screen door leading to the balcony. It was very hard to open. I ended up leaving it open after the first couple of battles with it. Overall my room provided the perfect place to enjoy my birthday retreat and I will be planning a return trip.

NO HOT WATER

Great view not a bad room. Had hot water the evening we checked in, in the morning no hot water, I texted the number I was given if we needed anything day or night since the office was closed, took about 45 minutes to get a response of "We have never had water problems in that room" Ok well we need hot water we are on our way to a wedding, then it was"I can try to get get someone to figure it out" then another message stating that it was a full house and the water heater can keep up. We found a campground that allowed us to pay a fee to shower. So I guess thisnis the place to staybif you enjoy cold showers.

Anniversary Trip

Terimore Inn was a wonderful place to stay. We were in room 19 and had a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The room was comfortable and clean. A bit dated but that fit the overall feel of the Inn. We were easily able to explore Netarts, Cape Mears, Mears lighthouse, Tillamook etc. A great place to have as a base camp for days of hiking!

Do not recommend

First room smelled of cigarettes. Immediately moved to another room that had no hot water, no electricity in the bathroom, was filthy with dog hair everywhere- windows, cupboards, couch- and had a small odd loveseat that didn't cover to a need though we booked for a hide-a-bed.

Needs Some Work

The strongest part of the Terimore Inn is its proximity to the beach and helpful remote check in and out. But the condition of the Inn itself is lackluster. The room toilet would not stop running in the upper deck (noisy), there was no deadbolt on my door (it's a motel so the door is outside), there was a chunk of the blinds missing that let anyone view into my room, there were hairs on my bed, and a loose floorboard on the way to the bathroom. I could hear my upstairs neighbors starting around 6-6:30 AM stomping around and moving tables back and forth for some reason. I found a used condom outside in the grass not ten feet from the property. It needs some work

This place has really gon down hill the last few years. It took over 45 minutes to check in. Booked a loft Suite with kitchen ended up with groung level basic bay front. First room we we're given wes not cleaned ended up with the one. After dinner tired,cold and wet the code didn't work. Waited for the poor lady at reception to get it fixed went to bed up stairs neighbors up all night. Shouldn't even had to worry about it because i book a loft. Wont be back

The maid staff stole from me and I bet they do it all the time No lock on the door Broken curtains
There’s a chain, but no lock
Had to put a towel right here so no one can peek in on me when I’m sleeping. Another room was just like this.

Room did not appear to have been cleaned

I received the wrong door code and could not get into my room. Additionally, the number for the front desk was not posted anywhere although I did get a hold of someone through an alternate number online. Once I was let into my room it appeared that it hadn't been cleaned since the last guest. The bed did not have sheets on it and the sheets in the room appeared used. I ended up using my own blanket and pillow I had in my car. Not a good stay.
