The worst motel in the world!

Stop stop stop don’t even consider staying at this dump. This has been the worst motel I have ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at some dumps. Roach infested hookers drugs the whole 9 yards runaway. I have absolutely nothing good to say about this place look at the pictures.

We didn’t even get to stay at the hotel it was so unsafe. The hotel manager was out front smoking weed. We have already reached out to have a refun issued as this hotel is nothing like what the website represents. It should be removed from all lostongs due to its conditions and the area it is. The police have a cruiser stationed at the hotel side entrance for when someone is shot or over overdoes on drugs. This is a horrible representation on this website and everyone overseeing it.

The WORST travel experience by far. If i could rate it zero stars, I would. I booked this hotel for my boyfriend as he’d been driving 15 hours and needed somewhere to sleep for the night. I paid for the reservation online in full prior to arrival. Once arriving to the posted address, he was advised that the location was closed and they moved up the street. Upon arrival to the new address, he was denied check in and told there were no rooms. After calling Oyo customer service, they tried to reach the location by phone to address the issue to which they couldn’t get an answer. From there, all the support offered was they would “escalate the issue and get back to me”. While asking when they would have a solution, I was advised 48 HOURS. I then contacted Expedia, who also tried to contact the property multiple times with no success. This location was terrible and customer support was absolutely useless. NEVER recommend staying with this hotel under any circumstances.

This place was filthy. The bedding was badly stained. Both of the rooms we were shown reeked badly of stale cigarette smoke. There was no top sheet, wash cloths, towels or any other necessity of traveling. I finally got 1 towel and wash cloth from the front desk. It was still wet, and badly torn. The entire facility was in disrepair. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

NEEDS CONDEMNED! ROACHES, NO HOT WATER, NO A/C

ROACHES, AIR CONDITIONER DIDN'T WORK, no hot water, plugged toilet, no trash can, hard bed, broken furniture, no microwave, NO WI-FI, told no double rooms when I got there even though it was reserved, four people had to sleep in king room. LOOKS DESERTED. NEEDS CONDEMNED. Read all the reviews first. I didn't and wish I had. There were no motels available for the money I had. I would've stayed in the car if I could've gotten a refund.

Ceiling was leaking water

There were roaches roaming when you cut the lights off. The room was 219 and i assume when the room upstairs took a shower, water would fall from the ceiling. I recorded it. Tub was semi clogged with tobacco shavings. I did not find the remote to tv. When i initially arrived the employee told me all rooms were booked instead of asking me May I help you.
