Parking: pas de problème toujours de la place sauf le samedi si centre de spectacle à coté fonctionne, globalement toujours de la place. Chambre propre exact avec les photos pas de problème de shopping Phillipsburg à 2 km et des commerces de proximité Personnel très cool. Par contre beaucoup de marche à monter pour entrer dans les appartements, un ascenseur serait le bienvenue vraiment. Faudrait pas avoir mal au genou ni problème de locomotion.

Lite tufft kvarter men hotellet överraskade positivt. Nyrenoverat, modernt, lyxigt och med allt man kunde behöva. Det kändes inte som ett Airbnb utan mer som ett lyxigt hotell. Värden var otroligt trevlig, social och hjälpsam. Rekommenderar starkt.

Cet hôtel est génial! Ne surtout pas se fier aux extérieurs l’intérieur est super ! Deco décalée tapisserie Gucci, Luis Vuitton, horloges Rolex etc c’est très très propre. Les chambres sont très bien équipées et spacieuses. C’est un concept de cuisine partagée, elle est très propre et bien équipée. Ça ne sentira pas la friture dans la chambre… le monsieur de l’accueil est très sympathique !!! Aimable et plein de bons conseils. Merci à lui. L’établissement est bien placé mais il faut une voiture je le recommande sans problème !!! faut quand même une voiture pour se déplacer.

Great hotel, the exterior building is a bit deceiving, it's beautiful and very clean inside. Across the road is a great place to have a drink (Cafe Rembrand) - You can ask Joseph for all the great places to go on Sint Maarten. Great A/C, shower, comfortable beds.

I loved every part of my stay. The location is perfect — close to all the local spots and away from the tourist crowds and overly Americanized areas of the island. It’s conveniently located near both the French and Dutch sides, making it easy to explore. Everything you need is nearby, including supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. The area feels very safe and comfortable. A special shout-out to the front desk employee, youssef — he is an absolute star. He’s kind, respectful, and genuinely welcoming, and he truly made my stay even better. I would absolutely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

The apartment was very roomy and comfortable with kitchenette, small living area, an extra bed and a bathroom with lovely rain shower. Clean, a bit worn, roomy. Warm welcome and the service was absolutely impeccable. General area also very spacious and cozy. All around I will certainly stay there again when I come to St. Martin again. Only disadvantage is they are on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator, but they are building one I understand.

Ich komme komme aus Deutschland. Bei der Anreise bekam ich ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer 😀 Das Zimmer war sehr sauber! Das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei uns sehr schnell! The air b&b is really good. Clean, good services; they help you to carry your luggage’s up and down the stairs. You can also leave your luggage’s in the office before check in and after check out. You can use the kitchen: microwave, plates ect. You can travel with they local bus to the air b&b from philipsburg for 1-2 dollar. The taxi to Bobby marine was 8 -10 dollars for 1 person. The air b&b can organiz a taxi also.
