Our arrival was great! They had little arrival goodies and ahot cocoa bar! Even kept the pool open an extra hour for NYE. However, the guests above us had an uncontrolled child romping anf stomping all over their room the ENTIRE time. The general manager was very helpful as the AC had gone out before we arrived, they made arrangements for us to stay at a nearby hotel. AC ended up being fixed so we did stay at the Residence Inn. Everyone was so friendly & helpful during our stay.
